Natalie E. Stewart

Natalie E. Stewart is a persuasive litigator and detailed transactional attorney who primarily practices in civil litigation and contract negotiations. Prior to joining Helms Law Firm, she gained experience in various areas of law, including insurance litigation, tribal law, and employment law.
Although skilled in multiple practice areas, Natalie’s passion is in energy and natural resources law. Specifically, she represents and counsels mineral owners, operators, land owners and tribal members in contract negotiations and complex litigation involving various energy issues. She is a talented advocate who develops creative solutions for her clients.
Natalie received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Accounting from the University of Oklahoma in 2015 and Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma School of Law in 2019. During law school, she earned an Academic Achievement Award for the highest grade obtained in Civil Procedure II. Natalie was admitted to the Oklahoma bar in 2019 and has experience in federal and state court, as well as arbitration proceedings.
