Branton Bentley is an associate attorney at Helms Law Firm, practicing civil litigation. A native of Oklahoma City, Branton graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice before earning his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Honors received as a law student include earning an award for having the highest grade in his Legal Research & Writing class, being named to the Dean’s Honor Roll, and graduating with Distinction for finishing in the top quarter of his class. While in law school he represented indigent clients as a Licensed Legal Intern in the civil department of the University of Oklahoma Legal Clinic, interned for a state court judge, and interned in the legal department of a fast-growing technology company headquartered in Oklahoma City.
Branton was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association in September of 2018. He is also a member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association and the Young Lawyer’s Division of the American Bar Association. He is licensed to practice before all Oklahoma State Courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma.
